The perfomance from it is incredidible even now before the upgrade. The build quality is spot on and I really can't knock the car in the slightest. I got a great deal on it as well as it was an ex demo but had only 6 miles on the clock.

With the installed cd player i am able to play mp3 cds burned in nero on my laptop (at 10xspeed). However some times especially when turning off and on the engine, the radio will automatically turn on but the message "check disk" appears on the radio. After that it goes into fm mode.

As the gains you will get from an intercooler are very small.. you would be better painting it matt black till you upgrade the turbo as a black intercooler can drop air temp by a fair bit! I see I guess the only way to proper find out would be to measure it up.

The Turbo we fitted to the T-Jet to get in excess of 160bhp is the one on the Brovao 150 T-Jet. The car was mapped at the same time and induction fitted. The 150 turbo can be baought for about 400 pounds plus VAT from Fiat as a re-con, which is a new unit. Although it can be fitted to the T-Jet engine without mapping it is advisable to re-map.

My question is "Can we fit Alfa Romeo 159's turbo on our 1.6 jtdm giulietta" I mean no any changes on manifold or smt , totally fit. And also in turkey , i have friend who is using his Fiat bravo 1.6 jtdm 105 hp with gt1749v turbo , he got 200 hp at flywheel as you know the engine is totally same with giulietta 1.6 jtdm.

The manifold is the same for the VL37 (standard T-Jet turbo), VL36 and VL38. It would be perfectly fine to just swap the turbo and map it, but if you want more than around 155bhp you'll need to mod a few more things. My car has: VL36 Turbo, Forge Intercooler, GSR Induction, 2.5" Catback exhaust, De-cat, Forge Actuator.

TunerPro use two files, main dump of ECU's flash and XDF file. XDF file describes position && structure of maps in ECU's binary. So attached XDF file will work only with 88kW version of tjet ECU. For different version of tjet, re-placement of maps must be processed. Torq requests.
I don't know for sure but the Bravo 150T has 150bhp and the Grande Abarth has 155bhp so unlikely to be any real difference. You therefore would want the Essesse Turbo. Combine that with things like a free flow decat exhaust system, FMIC, induction system and ECU remap and you're probably get some nice numbers.
