None. It's not compatible with wide angle lenses. Even if it worked, it would only give you a 20-34mm equivalent lens. Refer to Instruction Manual for a table on usable lenses.
As a rule, but subject to change, the Canon lenses compatible with the Canon EF 1.4x III Extender include fixed focal length L lenses with focal lengths of 135mm and longer, zoom L lenses with at least 70mm of focal length on their wide end (the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6L IS USM Lens excluded).

I can only manually focus the EF 100-400mmL II with EF Mk III Extender on my Canon 6D. Are you saying that the EOS R cameras will allow auto focusing with that lens/extender combination? Yes, when I had a 6d, it would not focus my 400mm f/5.6L prime at 560mm f/8 with the 1.4x iii extender, but the 5d iii and 6d ii will.

I just tried a RF 2x extender and, RF-EF adapter and a EF 75-300 lens and the Rx Extender won't attach with the adapter. Looks like I would also need a 2x Extender III or 1.4x Extender III to make this work. Thanks for all the advice.

The 100-400mm f/4-5.6 combined with the 1.4x is a fairly common configuration provided the camera can auto-focus at f/8 (your does). You will not have working auto-focus with that lens if you use the 2x extender. That's really only for use with f/4 or f/2.8 lenses. Tim Campbell.
