Until the No Man's Sky team builds the functionality for device selection, and discriminates between voice chat and game sounds in that functionality, it will not be possible with my knowledge. I think it would be impossible in fact. It's worth noting, the option to disable in-game voice chat for No Man's Sky is under "Network."

Heya! Just posting this to ask about No Man's Sky. I have the game on PC AND for my Xbox account. My sister bought the game for herself on Xbox as well. Basically neither on my Xbox account, nor hers is the 'Multiplayer' showing up in the options in-game. Here's what we have tried thus far:

I just found out today from a post about meeting another player that there should be something like that, mine looks the same as yours. I have completed the beginning quest and much more, I’ve found the anomaly and the nexus. NO multiplayer options anywhere, no players in the anomaly. Bought this game to play with friends Mine has it in settings, but I am on Steam. The network setting wasn’t there!!

No Man's Sky. Needs Settings option on main menu. The game really need to add settings for Audio, resolution, advanced and keybindings in the Main Menu for easy access. Every single time I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game it changes audio settings back to default. Have to take off the headset to save my hearing for life.
